Individual Development and Learning Consultations

KindyROO has provided individual development and learning consultations for children of all ages. These programs involve the following:

• General information evenings for parents to understand the program.
• An initial visit where a parent interview and an assessment of the child will be done.
• Based on the findings a program will be designed, discussed and taught to the parent and child.

KindyROO’s approach is based on the neurology of child development. It is a home-based therapy program.

Most children with difficulties are intelligent, and once their area of neurological delay is overcome, they can develop quickly.

Even older children can be helped.

Many children can experience developmental immaturities, learning difficulties, academic underachievement, A.D.D and behavioural abnormalities.

KindyROO consultations are focused on consolidating the nervous system through a program that integrates the sensory motor pathways of the brain. The program is tailored to take about half an hour a day. The purpose of the program is to overcome the weaknesses that are making it difficult for your child to function on par with his or her peers.
