KindyROO Northside is a KindyROO/GymbaROO Centre operating in the suburb of Stafford on the North side of Brisbane.
Franchise Area:
The Franchise area for KindyROO Northside covers the major portion of Brisbane's Northern suburbs. The size of the Franchise area offers the potential to open a second Centre.
KindyROO Northside, located in leased premises in a small complex of shops in Stafford, offers the best facilities one could ask for in a Centre. The Centre was purpose-designed with separate areas for equipment and 'mat time' with appropriate fencing and child-proof gates. It is air-conditioned - an essential for the hot Brisbane summers - and light and airy. In seeking out the Centre location, the best possible parking situation was a key factor. The current 4 year lease expires end of 2011 with an option for a further 4 years.
Equipment and Resources:
The large equipment has been in use for some time but is well maintained and still very serviceable. All the required resources for the program will be included with the Franchise price. A large number of additional resources and storage facilities are available for an additional cost.
Operation:
The current Franchisee has operated the business for approximately 6 years and has seen it grow from a mere 'handful' of attendees to a thriving, vibrant Centre. KindyROO Northside currently operates 5 days a week (week days) with scope for Saturday classes and additional classes on other days of the week. The terms are based on the school terms.
Sale of Franchise is due to Franchisee's retirement plans.
